Gain PTO and sick hours. Benefits are good but the health insurance is a little pricey but okay. Offers Hinge Health and tele-doc from insurance.
Cons
Management only appreciates non-workers and won't fired them. Will take advantage of making you work two jobs without hiring replacements. Very rarely will get a raise. Will terminate you from having a point system. Easy to get burnout.
