Thank you for your detailed feedback. I'm glad to see you did enjoy many of the aspects of working for Sodexo. To address your comments about recognition, I'm sorry that this situation occurred in your unit. While each account may have its own ways of recognizing and celebrating hard work, we do receive quite the opposite feedback from a great number of employees who find that the recognition and thanks is one of the best parts of the job. For current employees who may feel the same, I recommend working with others at your unit-level to come up with new ways to celebrate each others' accomplishments and create a culture of recognition.
