Pros
CEO is very knowledgeable, however his direct reports are pulling the wool over his eyes. They are a big company, however they seem to be running the north American operations into the ground.
Cons
Management micro manages everything. They drive the good people to quite or fire them. They keep people that do not have a voice. As long as you don't cause waves, they will keep you around. The company does not pay there Bill's on time, never... More time is spent on trying to hide things rather than do them the right way.
