Pros
The company is debt free. Salary employees who are peak performers will for sure keep their jobs. The company will be around for a while. If you get in and are a superstar you will be employed for quite a long time. This place is very unforgiving but you can gain a ton of experience if you last. A high priority to this company is employee safety.
Cons
Raises and evaluations are rare and if evaluations are done it's only because they are made to do them by corporate. Being debt-free unfortunately means the buildings and offices are falling apart and dated. Low morale at all levels. Management screams and swears at each other and all other levels of salary. No employee activities or appreciation. Employee contributions for health insurance have increased year-over-year. With the exception of this current period where they did not increase the employee contributions yet they increased our out-of-pocket costs greatly. Today I bring home less than I did two years ago.
