Pros
+The only reason I am still here employed here, for now, is that the company is generally 2 days a week in office (most companies are moving to 3, and Pepsi seems to be closer to 3-4 so this could change soon) +Local staff is pretty nice to deal with
Cons
-The company, specifically Canada, is performing VERY poorly, with sales down year after year (after year...) with no end in sight, along with unachievable yearly growth targets which never come true. 2025 doesn't look much better -Retention is a SIGNIFICANT problem in this company, with folks resigning almost every month. This is due in part to poor performance of the Canadian organization (as noted above), which makes it unmotivating to work here. -Stingy - lukewarm bonuses, no proper holiday parties, entire office is pretty sterile and lame for the most part -Local team is great to work with, but the team you have to deal with overseas is very difficult & challenging to work with which makes doing your job a challenge -Systems/tools in place are pretty pathetic for the most part, lots of "I don't know", "I don't have that data" or just making things up otherwise -Virtually zero growth opportunities and the company makes no efforts to retain their employees, which also contributes to a lot of resignations. I've been here for a while now and there's no meaningful efforts I've seen to move people into new roles or help them expand their experience
