Pros

1. The learning curves is very steep. You learn real thing in real business 2. Instant feedback. Very transparent 3. Young-ish people so quiet fund

Cons

1. Sometimes the feedback can be harsh especially if you are sensitive but it is never a personal attack i think if you really see the feedback as it is 2. Sometimes working overtime bcs of clients asking a something so sudden. But not all the time. I stay back maybe 3-5 days a month in average for like 1-2 hours 3. Bcs the learning is steep you really need to step up fast. But i think that’s the thing with SME, but i think at the same time they reward quite okay my increments after probation was around 20%

Pros

- The pantry - Their free lunch/dinner sessions (which are called Groom Me sessions btw, who approved this?) - Good teammates (if you're lucky)

Cons

- Management truly embodies the meaning of gaslighting. You will never be good enough here and they will only remember the screw ups you've done, never the 100 other good things. - A very obvious disconnect between management and the team. - Don't expect to only do what you're tasked to do in your job description. - Preaches about empathy being one of their values but I guess that doesn't apply to their employees because not an ounce of empathy was seen during my time here. - Their proudest "benefit" is the pantry which is not a benefit, anyone can get their own snacks. - Pays you dust with little increment but gaslights you into thinking that other agencies won't give you the same increment (they're right because other places give you better)

Pros

Had opportunities to learn new skills

Cons

- One of the worst experiences of my life - The long hours were due to poor planning and management - Management would treat working long hours (without any compensation) as a badge of honor - Your work will consume your whole life - Did not have enough staff on the content team - Tried to blame it on me by saying that I needed to be stronger and adapt to the work culture instead of addressing any of my concerns or working together to find solutions. - Says they have a culture of empathy but they do not empathize with you or your concerns - High turnover rate
