Pros

You get a paycheck and benefits... There is something to put on your resume so there will not be a gap to explain away.

Cons

As a Decision Writer/Attorney Advisor, you are treated like a cog in Big Brother's machine of disability adjudication. It is a sweatshop type environment where all that matters in productivity and your numbers. As much as they give lip service to quality, they absolutely do not care. Nor do they care about their employees. It is a boring, mindless task where you do not even put your legal skills and schooling to use. Everyone is looking for an opportunity to jump ship as soon as they can find a new job in this depressed economy.
