Trainers and supervisors are helpful and want to teach therapists how to be really good at therapy. Therapy days end earlier than most ABA centers.

Really can't think of any, its a small clinic so policies and procedures that are in place make sense for operations.

Pay is great, great teamwork when needed

Would not recommend this place if it was the last place on earth to work. No breaks, no flexibility disorganized, management sucks, she very much all over the place huge turn over rate!!!! Unless you want to be stuck with 5 kids in a room because they don’t have employees. All I can say is run
