I was able to move up quickly and the work environment is great. I want to see how high in the ranks I can go!

Seems a bit from the hip at times but I like it.

I was lucky to have kind coworkers. They helped me adapt to the systems and taught me everything I needed to learn.

Management was inconsiderate and doesn't care about employees at all! They will make us work extra hours without asking if we're ok with it. It's a command rather than a request. So we can't do anything but obey!
