Senior leadership is leaving so fast persons in the field can’t keep up with who is left. Remaining senior leadership is quite poor at what they do. Leadership is lacking in vision and guidance. One product at this company has its first ever competition coming to market and the lack of a real strategy to manage the change is astounding. Culture is non-existent. Poor communication from the top down. Unrealistic goals for sales teams were acknowledged by leadership with no solution to make it right. Very small company with few opportunities for development and advancement. Management takes care of their favorites. Compensation is significantly lower than other Rare Disease companies.
