There were no cons in my experience

Great team that works together, is always available to help, very polite and experienced.

The CEO thinks they know everything better than you and is not open to other opinions. Even when you present articles showing the best way to create or produce something, they will ignore them and insist on doing it their way. Be prepared to forget about all your expertise and past experiences because the CEO will tell you what the best way to do things is, even if it makes the app worse for users and employees.
