The talent of the Engineering team is incredible so there is always someone to learn from. The amazing community of the Montana office is very supportive and very team oriented. Cons
Not necessarily cons but things that some people might not like: - The fast pace that the engineering team works at and how things change rapidly could be something that not everyone would enjoy. - The initial learning curve is high, but they do a good job equipping you with the skills you need to become successful. - The open work environment could be something that not everyone enjoys.
