First and foremost, thank you for the 9+ years you have dedicated to working at SoFi - wow, what a journey. We have seen an insane amount of change and growth during your time here. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. That said, we are very disappointed to hear your experience is not meeting your expectations. What you describe is not indicative of the culture we are trying to build nor the work environment we are committed to fostering. We know that building a great culture starts with excellent managers, who are equipped with the skills and support to lead their teams in fair, equitable, and inclusive ways. That's why our manager excellence programs are such a critical part of our L&D journey, and we continue to evolve our offerings to help them develop. With regards to compensation, we frequently review employee compensation to ensure it is fair and competitive based on external market data and individual performance.
