Pros

Pay and Benefits are are among the industry best.

Cons

I left because they took away the Monday Through Friday Schedule. Hours were unusual.bmanagement always needed lots of overtime and they made you feel obligated to work it. There was not enough desk to hire more people. QA was not looking to help employees learn, but how they could help you fail.

As we have transitioned a vast majority of our workforce to a remote environment, and in order to handle increased requests for member support, we have had to make scheduling changes to remain agile and respond to volume accordingly. We've done everything we can to work with our valued team members, but understand that these changes won't work for everyone. Finally, QA is a critical function at SoFi in ensuring members are met with quality conversations and the right support. Great CEO, good growth opportunities and interesting work. Have worked at a lot of finance/fintechs, SoFi is the best by a long shot.

Benefits could be better, less competitive than other fintechs
