Pros

Good money mostly, but they will fire you if you get a raise.

They fire everyone. I worked there for about 7 months and they fired more people than have been fired at all my previous jobs combined. If they don't like you for any reason they will make things up, ruin your reputation, and fire you without notice. Meanwhile, most of the management are raging alcoholics, especially the general manager. He would go to his room in his hotel and drink several martinis before returning to the front desk to talk to guests. The HR department is incredibly unprofessional and will use anything you say to start heinous rumors. Nothing is confidential. They fire everyone. The front desk manager, restaurant manager, front desk supervisor, maintenance supervisor, 3 people from the sales and marketing team, and several others were all fired within the span of 6 months. If you work here, they will fire you on made up excuses eventually. They also start terrible rumors about you on your way out. Nobody knows what they are doing because of the high turnover, and then they will fire you because you don't know what you're doing. No training or support in your role.

Pros

Lots of potential but the worst place I’ve ever worked.

Cons

Leadership is awful. Turnover is insane. There is no care taken to train or support the staff that are there. No one feels valued monetarily or otherwise. If u make tips, expect to be treated as completely replaceable. Everyone there is wildly unhappy working there. They did away with managers and are making our supervisors be managers without paying them to be managers while giving them no support. No floor managers at all in upscale restaurant to help. The supervisors try to train us but there really is no one helping them with anything. They try to cut pay to increase profit. Stay away literally work anywhere else.
