Pros
- easy tasks (cleaning the booth, organizing flavors, managing ice and inventory) - fair pay, twelve dollars an hour + tips - great managers, mine were first-time managers and were very relaxed and easygoing - communication is straightforward with them, understand life happens and are not unreasonable - 10% mall discount - allowed 15/ 30 minute breaks, primarily if you work two shifts back to back - very hard to mess up, even for me and I'm a bit clumsy
Cons
- some coworkers can be a bit lazy or leave randomly without timing themselves - weather does not really affect whether we are open or closed, for me I would close down on very cold or rainy days to save money - some rude customers occasionally, just don't take it to heart
