Pros
- real flexible hours for those who prefer this way of working
- great people
- remote friendly
- not a corporation. You are human, not a number ;)
- every two week you have extra day for working with team on non-clients projects to learn new things
- Flat structure. CEO, team leaders, office manager really take care of employees and are amazing people
- Good place for ambitious people who have good ideas and can deliver it to improve company processes, services or projects. It is also a good place for a solid developers who want to enjoy life-work balance and work in good work environment
- I think salaries are quite good for similar positions in Poland. Increase of salary is real (I had twice a situation when the offer of increasing salary came from a CEO and not from me).
- Company provides necessary tools (hardware, software, licences etc.)
Cons
It is not a corporation so don't expect everything will be measured (your performance, etc.) and you will have detailed feedback. However you will get feedback from your team members etc.
What more? Perhaps some projects? Some are very interesting, some are less. However I guess it's similar in other companies. I've just worked for two IT companies.
