Great culture, lots of opportunity to take on new responsibilities if you're willing.

None. The company was sold. The company that purchased Snowbound initially promised all of us new jobs and then proceeded to terminate everyone. But that wasn't Snowbound's fault.

I have been with Snowbound for quite a long time(about 10 years) and I have been meaning to write a review. I am inclined to agree with the "like a family and home away from home” reviews. At least on my side of the office it’s the land of Sunshine, Unicorns and Gumdrops. We like to work hard but also have a good time doing it. We are currently in a transition period and management is strategically spending to put us in the right place to excel in a changing market place. By expediting our development resources through channel partners we are poised for enormous growth. It is an exciting time. We also do a lot of company outings which is always a good time. The owners really do care, not only about your career growth but also your family. They understand this by providing flexible work schedules.

Lack of clarity when working on integration’s however it is a trial and error type of situation.
