Pros
You get to work outdoors all summer in some very beautiful areas. Your work is meaningful and and necessary. There is a lot of freedom, little stress or pressure and, it will keep you in decent shape. The people in charge are great to work with.
Cons
Working with pesticides isn't ideal, but it's the only solution for some large scale issues. Some days can be very tedious and boring. How much you enjoy the work will depend heavily on who is on your team.
