Pros
They hire talented people who are great to work with. VR is an interesting space. Fully remote work.
Cons
People leave after only a few months. Number of employees was reduced by half in 3 months. Management wasn't clear on direction which left some employees feeling aimless and uncertain about the future. Micromanaging and unreasonable expectations can make working here unpleasant and impact mental health. Employees don't use the product which can make it difficult to understand who and what it's for. The 5 star review on here is from management.
