Pros

The company is organized in terms of Operations You'll learn a lot about the animation industry The people you work with are friendly Has a lot of projects to offer for freelance artists Good place to work in as an artist because they have complete facilities

Cons

Long hours of work, sometimes you work for the whole week to catch up with deadlines They don't pay double pay on certain holidays mandated by law to have double pay... When you work on a Sunday, your OT rate is the same as your regular rate... Necessary compensation and benefits are not automatically provided for the regular employees with the exception of the upper management( Some have worked for the company for 2 years and still haven't ''earned their right" to get benefits)

Pros

Good for interns. Bad for full-time workers.

Cons

No benefits, No Holiday leaves, VL and SL, No room for career growth, Low bonuses, Low salary, No regularization at all, Needs improvement on management, A very unorganized company. All the production assistant do shrieking and screaming, no professionalism; It's like working in a wet market. No proper training for PAs and Supervisors. Some are biased and there are favoritism as well.

Pros

Maybe alright for interns but not for professionals

Cons

Unfair in terms of compensation, wrong business practice. They are now facing eviction case for zoning violation. The city government where they hold their Philippine studio has not issued they 2016 license to operate. What will happen to their animators? How will the animation industry prosper if our foreign clients will hear about this?
