Pros
The people are great to work with, the atmosphere is nice and chill. It is possible to grow if you show your value. The work-life balance is also pretty good !
Cons
No great structure, and low salaries. 3 times work from the office, no chance to get it different and no chance to get more freedom when it comes to work outside Germany. The work keeps increasing but not the salary.
