I’ve experienced this first hand. Human resources won’t reach out to you, I can prove this since I have left several unanswered voicemails, and have had several other issues that have been either ignored or unresolved. Quite frankly it’s a struggle to talk to the right person in HR that I’ve needed to talk to. One such case I was directed to the vice president of sales on the commercial side, when I needed to speak to a representative for employee relations, benefits, complaints, etc. Upper management is untrustworthy. I’ve talked to a couple individuals, and they led me to believe opportunities are available and yet they have not provided any opportunities to grow.
