Pros

Honestly the team here is amazing. The director and heads of do their best. Perks include a week off at Christmas and generous benefits package

Cons

Top leadership is incredibly reactive, not proactive. There's limited growth opportunity. They make you work above your role to get a raise instead of proactively rewarding work. Finally, they hang on to clients they know are a drain monetarily. Despite one of the core values being honesty there's a distinct lack of transparency from leadership.

Pros

Some of the kindest and smartest people you’ll ever meet. Strong sense of community and friendship even when remote.

Cons

Snaptech is a sinking ship. All employees are entirely burnt out and not supported, even when management tries their best. Clients are a poor fit for the company and under charged - employees encouraged to spend more time on clients who are not aligned with the agency’s offerings. This leads to more burnout but don’t they receive compensation increases as companies pay very little . Refusal to invest in sales, growth opportunities or hiring experienced industry professionals to support and nurture overworked team. Company was moved to the offices of a client who ended up parting ways - a hasty, reactive decision.
