Pros
Pay is decent. Not much else.
Cons
Working for Snapsheet was a roller coaster. It was great when I first started… then the pandemic hit. Obviously this was uncharted territory for all of us, but they handled it terribly. They placed over half their staff on furlough or laid them off completely. Then business came back with a vengeance and the whole time they are pursuing MORE business without proper staffing. I was furloughed and brought back on. It was downhill from there. 50 hours weeks became mandatory and productivity requirements were through the roof. You were either getting written up or sacrificing your integrity by finding loopholes to meet your numbers. No in between. If you tried to bring up anything with management, they were beat around the bush and just say they needed MONTHS of data to make any changes. If you needed any mercy from them it was shut down immediately but they required everything in return. They have probably lost 90% of their competent estimators and anyone who is left is holding on to a dream.
