Pros
The people are really great and friendly and it's a fun, collaborative work environment. I enjoyed my team and always felt support...people who were fun to also hang out with after-hours.
Cons
As a contractor, I worked overtime a lot. Approvals took a long time and the culture felt very bureaucratic, run by HP. I also felt pigeonholed in my role, with little room for growth and worked projects as part of a production line. Very few times did I feel like I could be very creative in my role.
