      Pros

      Culture and leadership promise. The founders make sure they put employees first above all. I have never been apart of an organization that has ever done this, and they stay true to this.

      Cons

      Honestly hard to identify a cons. I'd only say leadership puts their employees first

      Snap! Mobile treats their people well, everyone is very friendly. The projects are engaging and the pay is pretty good too!

      Cons

      Can't really think of any, Snap is a GREAT place to work.
