Pros

Great company culture Opportunity to work with a lot of great clients and technicians Flexibility in working from home

Cons

There are a several different rolls that all do the same thing. Essentially, you are being paid less to work the exact same amount and do the same projects as people above you. Hours are excessive, and this is not fully acknowledged or made right by management. 50-60 hour work weeks are not uncommon, and management refuses to compensat for the level of work expected. Upper management can be manipulative and does not truly listen to employee concerns. Salary adjustment conversations are considered disrespectful, and if you are asking for more than what management is offering, they will make you feel like you are ungrateful. Even if what you are asking is very reasonable for market standards.
