Pros

Good co-workers but terrible executives especially CSO

Cons

MICRO MICRO MICRO-MANAGE. If you are in sales you have to log every stop you make even if you stop to eat or go to bathroom. Everything is GPS logged - even bathroom breaks, seriously. Used to be a great company until private equity got involved and brought in awful executives. If you have any type of sales talent stay away from this toxic place. The comp plan only pays you 40% commission first year on ramp. Many long term employees are shedding because of private equity takeover

Pros

Supportive Team Environment From day one, I felt welcomed and valued. My team and colleagues are always willing to help, answer questions, and provide guidance. It's not just lip service—people actually care about seeing you succeed. Whether you need help understanding a complex process or just need to bounce ideas off someone, there's a collaborative spirit that makes the workplace feel like a real community. Leadership is approachable and invested in their teams' wellbeing. Incredible Growth Opportunities What I appreciate most is the emphasis on learning and development. Snap Finance truly invests in their people. I've had the chance to expand my skill set, take on new responsibilities, and grow professionally in ways I didn't expect. The company seems to value internal advancement and encourages employees to develop expertise. Whether it's formal training, cross-functional projects, or learning from experienced colleagues, there are genuine opportunities to level up your career. Why I Love It Here The combination of a supportive culture and real growth potential makes Snap Finance stand out. It's refreshing to work for a company that sees employees as long-term assets rather than short-term resources. If you're looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and feel genuinely supported, I'd definitely recommend considering Snap Finance.

Cons

Nothing of note to add here.
