      Pros

      The employment provides three shifts for employment. Normally opens 5 days a week and is guaranteed 8 hours of employment.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the equipment is old and requires TLC. Furthermore it is extremely hot in the factory. The temperature is normally above 90 degrees F, even in the winter.

      Freedom to be creative in sales approach that was very beneficial to my client. They wanted sales, I gave them more sales then they could imagine. It was great. I was hired to generate high volume fast sells. Plants needed volume

      IT WAS A PRESSURE COOKER JOB. I worked 12 hrs a day 7 days a week. I was remote paperwork was unreal. Loved job, took a toll on me. Plants were on chopping block for closure. Merger took place
