You make really good money as a server, worked around 40 hours every week. Food is good so there were less guest complaints than other restaurants I’ve worked at. Cons
Tipshare: I didnt mind it but some people aren’t into it. In general staff worked well but if ever theres a weak link tension rises quickly. Its a smallish staff so days that are more popular to ask off for can be harder to accommodate, usually wasn’t an issue for me.
