Tipshare: I didnt mind it but some people aren’t into it. In general staff worked well but if ever theres a weak link tension rises quickly. Its a smallish staff so days that are more popular to ask off for can be harder to accommodate, usually wasn’t an issue for me.

You get a paid vacation every 6 months. A shift meal. Tips are paid out the next day. The food is good.
