Incompetent management. Just trying to make themselves look good to the detriment of sales staff Bullying culture, management always trying to shaft sales team because their business knowledge is so poor. Amazing that business is still going as RBM just feed BS up the chain and then wonder why its failing and then blames sales force who work their butts off. Backorders still a problem. Launching products always late to market and the boat has already left the port. Management still naively believe that Smiths Medical products are better than competitors and refuse to lower price to compete. It is a price driven market at the moment IT systems shockingly poor and highly inaccurate Not getting paid going rate Instead of having detailed discussions about what coffee to have in UK head office, perhaps concentrate on improving sales
