There are so many notable pros when it comes to working at Smith. People are one of a kind and it starts with the CEO Jake Frenz.Transparency, collaboration and unique peers who are also fun are just some of the words I would use to describe what smiths like.I've been challenged in ways that has allowed me to learn so much while also helping identify growth opportunities
Cons
It's not really a con but rather an observation.The company is growing rapidly and new people come onboard making it difficult at times to know who to reach out to.
