The company is full of mindless idiots, there is not one single person in the whole group that’s even remotely inspiring. The owners are so stuck in their ways, have no care for the wellbeing of the staff whatsoever, they have 6-7 companies all in education recruitment and they encourage all consultants to compete, stab each other in the back and they gossip. Middle management, some are great but some have the emotional intelligence of a brick wall.
