Pros

You will have lots of overtime

Cons

-You will have lots of overtime- non-negotiable overtime at sites you have never heard of -If you leave the company for any reason at all, with more than two weeks notice, after being an employee for nearly a decade, they will pay you the bare minimum legally allowed (minimum wage) for any hours you have worked since handing in your notice. -They do not pay on time... EVER... and when they finally do pay you they will pay incorrectly. -There is absolute favoritism. Certain people can do absolutely nothing wrong, where others can do something super small and be shunned for the rest of their employment. -You will be promised the world, but no matter how hard you work for it or how long you work for the company... it won't matter, you will never get what's promised. -They will cause you nothing but grief if you even so much as mention how much you make to a coworker, usually because if you started before that coworker they will make more. If you ask to be paid fairly they will tell you 'it isn't in the budget'. So many other reasons. Just avoid this company at all costs. When you do finally leave, you will be so brainwashed to think you are a failure that you will over-work at your new job.
