      $$$, perks, benefits, Senior Leadership are strong, autonomy to run your own business, ability to make a difference in patient lives daily across a variety of care settings (Hospital/LTC).

      Cons

      Fair amount of change as they steamline the merger, but thankfully Bio division is running completely seperate from the rest of S&N. Hope this continues.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
