Pros

Remote for support team members not in Dallas, decent insurance, and discounts on orthodontic treatment for you and your family, but only if you're near a clinic (no ortho insurance coverage if you're not near a clinic).

Cons

Horrible work-life balance. Not enough employees to manage the workload. Leaders expect you to figure out how to complete deadlines with constantly growing priorities and no additional team members or resources to support. Team members are ALL BURNT OUT and working over 40 hours a week. When you mention concerns about workload, they make empty promises, vague recommendations, or tell you to hang in there. The company is looking to grow in terms of the number of locations but doesn't hire additional support team members to manage the additional work. Poor pay for the amount of work expected. Constantly changing priorities. Leadership doesn't understand processes and makes ill-informed decisions.

Pros

Sharing successful marketing tips and ideas from practice to practice is encouraged and very helpful. The level of creativity and ability to brainstorm with marketing peers is fantastic. CRRs have a large network that they can connect with to discuss strategy and plans. Regional managers are friendly and helpful.

Cons

The workload is often unrealistic and there are weekly and month reports that request redundant information. Systems don't talk to each other and the data can be difficult and time consuming to locate. The position has become less marketing and more sales-driven. There are few opportunities for growth within the sales/marketing team.
