      New and growing business, so easy to move up. Menu is easy to learn and hardly ever changes.

      Cons

      Raises are small, but come frequently with hard work. Limited hours depending on your store location.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
