Hostile Work Environment - VP of Operations Smashburger Employee Review

Upper Management COO and President very poor leaders who have little integrity and trust of entire team members from both Support Center and Operations. Company over last 5 years have closed more stores then opened and traffic counts continues to fall causing company to continue to increase prices to make up for thousands of lost guest per year. Very poorly run by upper management executive leaders.
