      SO many.... poor pay, over worked, no support, incompetent people hired because the company barely pays their employees, dirty environment, no standards or accountability

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
