Hi Anonymous,
Thanks for leaving a review and sharing your thoughts. To address your PRO & CON:
1) Bonuses: Your assertion that there are no bonuses is incorrect. There are bonuses but in order for them to be active and team members to benefit from them, baseline targets need to be exceeded (which you'll probably agree is a necessary and common business practice). I'd say on balance of probability you didn't meet your targets.
2) Integrity: Stating that a person (or a group of people) have no integrity is quite the statement and accusation. If you had raised such an opinion while you were a team member and it was not addressed, then that is 100% my responsibility.
If, however, you did not, then you should look at your own thinking, actions and results you created as the root cause. Integrity doesn't exist in a vacuum, it is borne from interactions between people and between people is where it is practiced, strengthened and flourishes or withers.
We have, as a company, implemented systems and built a culture that promotes transparent communication so that integrity can flourish. As you know, we have a monthly anonymous feedback survey where team members are asked questions and can answer them in as much or as little detail as they like. Had you taken the opportunity to raise any concerns that lead you to think the leadership team is "in chaos" or has "no integrity" it would have been addressed (as we addressed many other comparably very minor concerns team members had).
If the survey was not the right place, then you could have used the countless other opportunities from open door sessions, casual team events, weekly team lunches or even by scheduling a private 1:1 confidential conversation.
At the end of the day, we're human and depend on communication. If you don't communicate, we (and you) can't improve.
