Sales cycle long for smaller deal sizes...
Bizarre voice recording and analysis software which records your meetings and transcribes them so that you can be analysed like some kind of Borg interrogation from Star Trek.
Integrations with CMS and other systems are weak and not as strong as competitors seem to be.
Management at HQ are very dictatorial with a ‘we know best’ attitude. Doesn’t allow for any sales or individual flair in the sales process - I’m sure they’d like all of sales to be like, the Borg, and plugged in to the network and be controlled by a central server!!
I’m not positive about the company in general as I feel that they are aimless in what they are aiming for in terms of medium or long term plan....or at least it isn’t communicated to the minions on the shop floor.
