The company, products, and management team is very well respected in the industry, and have a pretty long history (this is not a startup company). It's not uncommon to have catered lunches, trips to the movies, bring your dog to work days, and annual company trips. The entire staff attended a conference in San Francisco last year, and this year, there are talks of the entire company being taken on a trip to Hawaii!
