The atmosphere is contagious. Everyone is up to something big and it's exciting to be on the ground level of the development. The team focuses on collaboration, creative solutions and customer care more than any other company I've worked with. Everyone has a chance to grow and be a leader - and it's fun!
Cons
Being part of a growing company is always a balanced opportunity. It's sometimes scary to work for a company that hasn't been around as long as other's, but the leadership team sets any worries at ease.
