Hubstaff (a software) will always track you Hubstaff will track your logged time You will be paid the time you were tracked And you will be paid time tracked multiplies with your hourly rate In case you are wondering, hourly rate = CTC / 12(month) * 30(days) * 8(hour each day) Very less holidays (even this is not given at front, you will be given 1 holiday after each 15 days You have to work on public holidays as well In case you want to not work on public holiday like diwali, you will have to use your earned leave So, no work life balance
