1.You will have a lot of things to explore and learn in this industry. 2.As a sales guy, you should be ready to experiebce and do all the departments. sales, operations, finance etc. so you will get variety of exposures here. 3.Incentives are decent in this company. 4.Work timings is good here. 5.Easily approchable to the management.
Cons
No job security at all. At any point of time you will be chucked out without any reason. Sales pressures starts from month day 1 and it will be the same till the financial year ending date. That means 365 days you will get immense pressure.
