SWP Review - Web Developer SmartWebPros.com Employee Review

- Everyone except the owner is great, but they deserve much better - No overtime, although you'll never finish early either

- They only hire junior developers and throw you into the deep end to take on entire projects alone without any sort of guidance - There's no senior or even intermediate developers to mentor you - They don't actually know how to build a website correctly. They just throw HTML into the content editor in Wordpress - No learning opportunities - No growth opportunities - Their name is SmartWebPros. Seriously? - They will be calling you a "Smart Web Pro" - They have stupid tiers of coloured shirts you earn after being with the company for a certain number of months/years and they do expect you to wear it - The owner is old and has an old fashioned way of thinking - This may have changed post-covid but they always expected us to start at 9am on the dot and end at 5pm sharp. If you start packing up at 4:58, you will get in trouble - The pay sucks - Has no idea what company values even are - Does not value you as an employee what-so-ever - I'm shocked this company is still in business

This place is great is you are fresh out of college.
