Pros

You will be asked to do things outside the norm, so you learn several new skill sets. They do allow one work from home day every two weeks and provide lunch every Friday.

Cons

The company is really pushing to grow but they’re losing clients faster then getting new ones. The software is really buggy so you will be spending most of your time fixing and handling issues for pissed off clients. The company micro manages you like you’re a 5 year old making you use a whiteboard to check in and out at work. The President of the company has an unrealistic expectation to work about 60 to 70 hours a week, so kiss your personal life good bye. On to the the bad stuff... the work environment is very hostile due to cursing at staff, yelling, president calling people out to talk down on them in front of the entire staff, and co-workers enjoy throwing you under the bus. SmartTouch turn over rate is pretty bad too.

Pros

Only two days in office a week and lunch is provided.

Cons

It's a pretty dysfunctional company (not uncommon for agencies I've heard). The owner will take on any and all potential new clients whether or not it's a good fit. Quite often, upper management makes promises to new clients that account executives and specialists will struggle to deliver on. So expect a heavy workload and relatively low pay. The company also has no HR department, so if you have an issue with a coworker or manager, there's no recourse.
