As with any growing company, there are still areas that are evolving. Sometimes you'll notice process gaps or inefficiencies—nothing unmanageable, but it does require a proactive mindset to help shape and improve how things are done. The solution is still developing, which can be both exciting and challenging. There’s a lot of work to do, and at times it can feel like we’re wearing multiple hats. We're definitely in need of more hands on deck, so scaling the team is a priority. That said, if you enjoy building, problem-solving, and being part of the growth journey, it’s a rewarding place to be.

Empathic toward employees, balanced and equitable across all indicators, culture is one that is built with forethought of who we don't want to be and who we are as humans who are inventing. Very open culture from C suite and across. I say across because we are all a respected team as personified by the "We are One" internal motto. I can say with clear conscience that this is exactly the case. Being in talent acquisition, I get to see promises made and kept or failed. At every turn, feedback on culture, management, respect, innovation and promotion is exactly what is promised without fail. The company deals with bumps in the road openly and communicatively and we all pivot with unity. We have an admirable group of people, both young and older, talented and developing and we tend to help each other, causing a natural buddy system to blossom.
