Lovely workmates. The clinicians are all self-employed and very professional. They care for the patients in a correct way, against the odds. Lovely patients. Chocolate bars and other minor perks.
Cons
Hours flexible - they seemed to be unlimited! Honest employees are often asked to leave. If working here you need to keep your wits about you. Do not be drawn by owners into giving opinions about other employees behind their backs. Do not sign anything which seems odd. When asked to use your own money to buy work items - refuse. You will struggle to be reimbursed. Refuse to follow instructions if illegal. Retain all your payslips and bank statements even after you leave. HMRC Collections were chasing me for the tax on my wages for my entire employment although the tax and NI had been deducted before I received my pay. In the end I did not need to go to court. However if my paperwork had not been in order I may have been forced to pay my tax a second time.
